Terms of service and refund rules
These terms apply from the moment you create an account or send a request through Fluxo.
§1 What Fluxo is
Fluxo is a relay: it forwards your requests to third-party model providers using our own upstream accounts and bills you per token at the prices on the pricing page. Using the service means you accept these terms.
§2 Your account and keys
An API key works like the password to your account. Keep it private; losses caused by a key you leaked, shared or lent are yours to carry.
§3 Credit and payment
Fluxo is prepaid. Credit is a virtual allowance that pays for API usage; it is not a cash deposit and earns no interest. Flow passes are allowances for a fixed term and expire with that term.
§4 Refund window and exclusions
- Unused credit can be refunded within 6 days of the top-up, minus anything already consumed and the payment provider's fees.
- Consumed credit and top-ups older than 6 days are not refundable.
- Credit received as referral bounty or as a promotional gift cannot be refunded or turned into cash; bounty withdrawals follow their own rules in the dashboard.
- Ask for a refund through the contact page. We handle requests within 3 business days.
§5 When the relay is down
We work to keep the relay up but cannot promise 100% availability. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by upstream outages or network faults.
§6 What you may not do with it
Use Fluxo lawfully and within the providers' usage policies. Accounts that break these rules are disabled without refund.
§7 Answers come from the models, not from us
Answers come from third-party models and may be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them; Fluxo is not responsible for decisions made from model output.
§8 How this page evolves
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
§9 What we keep from your requests
For abuse review and billing disputes we store the text you send in API requests (never model replies, system prompts or tool output) for 30 days, then delete it. Token counts and charges are kept as billing records. A raw request capture for troubleshooting exists but is off by default and is only switched on, for a limited number of calls, while investigating a problem you reported.
